Terms and Conditions 999mm – Platform Rules and Guidelines

In this document, the terms below carry the following meanings when used in reference to the 999mm:

• "Platform" refers to the 999mm.best website and all its services, including Sports Betting, casino, Live Casino, and e-sports.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses, registers for, or uses 999mm's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by the user to access the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account to place bets or make withdrawals.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, cashback, or promotion granted by 999mm under the specific conditions of each offer.

By creating an account on 999mm or by continuing to use the platform after any update to this document, you automatically accept all terms described herein in their most current version. 999mm recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

To create an account and use 999mm's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete. 999mm is a platform exclusively for adults, and access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Be resident in Brazil or be legally present in Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform.
• Hold Valid CPF in your name, which will be used for identity verification and financial transaction processing.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list, whether at 999mm or through any other responsible gambling program recognized in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 999mm or any of its business partners and content providers.

999mm reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly before releasing withdrawals or in cases of unusual account activity. Accepted documents include national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), and passport. 999mm may temporarily suspend an account during the verification process without this constituting a penalty for the user.

Each user may create one account only at 999mm. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — even with different details — is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any balances, including bonuses.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, including their email and password. 999mm strongly recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication whenever available.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, contact 999mm support immediately at suporte@999mm.best or via the 24-hour live chat. 999mm is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials was the cause.

The information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Users are responsible for keeping their details up to date, especially in the event of a change of address, phone number, or bank details used for withdrawals. False or outdated information may result in withdrawal delays or account closure.

Your 999mm account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, assigning, or lending access to your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Likewise, using the account on behalf of another person or allowing anyone else to manage your account in any way is not permitted.

999mm accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in BRL (R$) and available only to users residing in Brazil:

• Pix – instant processing, available 24 hours a day. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário – processed within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Credit and debit card – from the major card networks, with immediate processing for debit and variable processing for credit depending on the card issuer.
• PicPay – instant processing via the PicPay app.
• Mercado Pago – instant processing via the Mercado Pago digital wallet.
• TED Bank Transfer – available through banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, processed during banking hours.

The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per period may vary depending on the chosen method and the user's level in the 999mm VIP Program. Updated limits are available in the cashier section of the platform. All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments registered in the user's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

999mm does not accept payment methods in foreign currencies. All amounts are expressed and processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$).

Withdrawals at 999mm are processed exclusively via Pix, with an average processing time of 5 minutes after the request is submitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00, and there is no fee for withdrawals of R$ 50.00 or more. Withdrawals below R$ 50.00 may be subject to a small processing fee, as indicated on the withdrawal screen.

To process a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have completed the identity verification process with a valid CPF and ID document.
• Have made at least one deposit using the same method requested for the withdrawal.
• Have met the rollover requirements of any active bonus on the account, where applicable.
• Have no pending security investigations or disputes related to the account.

999mm reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawals above certain amounts, particularly to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulatory requirements. In most cases, this process is carried out only once per account.

In exceptional circumstances, such as suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, 999mm may temporarily suspend a user's withdrawal capability while an investigation is conducted. The user will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide clarification before any final decision is made.

999mm offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus for new users and a weekly cashback through the VIP Program. Each offer has its own specific terms described on the respective promotion page, which must be read and accepted before activating the bonus.

The general rules that apply to all 999mm bonuses are:

• Only one bonus can be active on a user's account at a time.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to users who have not yet made any deposit on the platform.
• When a bonus carries a rollover requirement, the full amount must be wagered the specified number of times before the converted balance can be withdrawn.
• The VIP Program cashback is credited every Saturday, with no rollover requirement, and can be withdrawn immediately or used for betting.
• 999mm reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, such as creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses not used within the validity period stated in each promotion expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

The 999mm VIP Program runs automatically: your cumulative betting volume over time determines your level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond), with each level offering different cashback percentages and exclusive benefits. The full VIP Program criteria are described on the VIP Program.

Sports Betting at 999mm covers a range of sports including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, e-sports, basketball (NBB), volleyball, and other sports subject to availability. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• A bet confirmed by the system is considered valid and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except where the cash-out feature is available for the market in question.
• Bets placed on markets whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement will be voided and the amount returned to the account balance, even if accepted by the system due to a technical error.
• If a match is suspended or canceled before the end of regular time, bets are settled according to the specific rules for each market, as described in the platform's help section. In general, match result bets are refunded when the game is not completed.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays, and odds may change between the moment you click and the moment the bet is confirmed by the server. 999mm will notify the user if the odds have changed significantly before confirmation.
• 999mm reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user, particularly in situations of high exposure or unusual betting activity.

Parlay bets multiply the odds of each individual selection. If one selection is voided or refunded, the parlay is recalculated without that selection. If only one selection remains after all voids, the parlay is treated as a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.

Casino games available on 999mm — including slots, crash games, and digital table games — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. These systems ensure that the outcome of each round is completely random and independent, with no previous result influencing the next.

The live casino is operated by 999mm's partner studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other certified providers. Live tables feature real dealers and physical elements — such as mechanical roulette wheels and card decks — streamed in high-definition video. 999mm does not directly control live studio operations, but all partners operate under international licensing and regulatory standards.

• The full history of all rounds played is available in your account for review at any time.
• If a technical failure interrupts a Live Casino round, the bet is automatically refunded to the user's balance.
• Betting limits per table vary by game type and the user's VIP level. VIP tables have higher limits and restricted access based on VIP Program level.
• The use of any external software, bots, or automated systems to play 999mm casino games is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account closure.

999mm maintains a fair environment for all users and has zero tolerance for behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Use of insider information, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in Sports Betting or casino games.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity, including processing funds of illicit origin through deposits and withdrawals.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to place bets or play casino games automatically.
• Account sharing with third parties or use of the account by anyone other than the registered account holder.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained in this way will be voided.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward the support team or other users of the platform.

999mm continuously monitors account activity and uses fraud detection systems to identify suspicious behavior. Any investigation will be conducted discreetly, and the user will have the opportunity to present their side before any final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform.

999mm is genuinely committed to responsible gambling and believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional strain. The platform provides the following tools to help users who need greater control:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately once set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Temporary break: request a 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, or 6-month break from your account. During the break, no access, deposits, or bets are possible.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes your 999mm account with no possibility of reversal. Your available balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) will be refunded via Pix after processing.
• Game fairness: your full betting history, including wins and losses, is available in your account so you can clearly monitor your gambling activity.

Users may close their 999mm account at any time by contacting support. The available real balance (excluding any bonus with a pending rollover) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after the closure is confirmed and any pending verification is completed.

999mm reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Repeated abusive behavior toward the support team.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the established deadline.

When account closure is triggered by a Terms violation, 999mm may hold the account balance for a reasonable period to conduct an investigation before deciding on the return of funds. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances — including winnings obtained during the period of fraudulent activity — may be cancelled in full.

999mm strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages or instability will be resolved as quickly as possible and will not automatically entitle users to compensation, except in cases where an active bet was directly affected.

999mm is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on incorrect or outdated external information.
• Internet connection, hardware, or software issues on the user's end that affect the platform experience.
• Withdrawal delays caused by factors outside 999mm's control, such as banking system outages or Pix disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account caused by the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

In no event shall 999mm's total liability for any user claim exceed the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident in question.

999mm processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). We collect only the data necessary for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

Collected data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. We do not share users' personal data with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fulfillment of legal obligations, or with the user's express consent.

Users have the following rights regarding their personal data held by 999mm:

• Access the personal data that 999mm holds about you.
• Request the correction of incorrect or outdated data.
• Request the deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Revoke previously granted consents for the use of optional data.

999mm may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, updates to the services offered, adjustments to internal policies, or other relevant reasons. Changes take effect on the publication date indicated at the top of this page.

For significant changes that affect users' material rights, 999mm will send an email notification to registered addresses at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the user disagrees with the changes, they may close their account before the effective date without any penalty, and the available real balance will be refunded in accordance with the withdrawal rules set out in section 5 of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 999mm platform that cannot be resolved through customer support must be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

Before pursuing any legal action, 999mm encourages users to seek resolution directly through the support channel, available 24 hours a day in Portuguese. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently this way, without the need for formal proceedings.
